Duck Blind Villas is a condominium complex at the south end of Duck with 25 units, each consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a wet bar. Each unit has an ocean view with some better than the others. The best views are on the second and third floor units. The side facing units in the north building will have mostly views from the deck. Each unit in the complex has a deck on the ocean side of the building coming off of the living are with another door from the deck into the master bedroom. There is also a screened in porch on the back side of each unit. All the units face the community pool. The association fee covers some of the insurance, pool maintenance, cable and water, expenses. Duck Blind Villas can be found at the east end of Plover Dr. next to Amy Acres and just south of Four Seasons.
